A pale straw yellow wine, at times with a greenish
shade, with a delicate, characteristic and
fruity bouquet.

Grape: Vermentino

The Vermentino vine is known and grown more
less intensely in all coastal areas
of the Mediterranean. It is known to be originally
from Spain, from where it is said to have first reached
Corsica in the 14th century, to then be introduced into Italy.

Its dry and lively taste makes it ideal to serve with seafood,
hors d'oeuvres and fresh cheeses.
