Since the most distant past, a laden table and a good glass of wine have
represented life, joy, love and joie de vivre.
We can therefore claim that mankind's social and civil evolution passes through
the tables of all times, and it is not by chance that the golden age of any
civilization always coincides with the maximum expression of its cuisine.
"Wine", comes from "vena", love, hence "Venus. Wine, also called
"the honey of the heart" or the "Nectar of the Gods", has always spoken
a universal language and symbolized the joyous sharing of life. The ancient
populations of Tuscany contributed to enhancing this product according
to typical habits and customs; the Phoenicians and the Etruscans, in particular,
gave Tuscan wine its prestige and its unique characteristics, leading it
to be consecrated among the world's best.
